Payment Policies
All payment is due in advance of any session. There are no refunds.
Methods of Payment:
Once you have scheduled your session, there are no refunds. One-time rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled start time are accepted, and your payment will be applied to another scheduled time based on Julie’s availability. Please refer to your chosen service’s cancellation policy for applicable time limits. Rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit or service payment being forfeit, with no refunds possible.
If a refund needs to be made for issues such as booking multiple sessions because you don’t think the system has saved your time, there is a 3% processing fee. Please be patient and give the system time to process your enter key. This has been a rare issue and was resolved by not allowing multiple booking. Upon booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with your Zoom invite. If it isn’t in your “in” box, check your “spam” box. Contact Julie before booking multiple times thinking it isn’t going through and she can tell you if it was processed.
Payment is accepted by Square during the online booking process.
Chargeback and non-payment policies
By scheduling and paying for your session with Luminous Passages you agree to the following:
Chargebacks
Please pay careful attention to your credit card statement as the name for your service may be changed by your bank, or you may forget, or not recognize it.
It should say some version of Luminous Passages or Julie Christensen.
If your payment is disputed and becomes a chargeback, you agree to pay your original fee, Julie’s administration fee of $75 for your case, and if the case is closed in your favor without reimbursing the above, it will be transferred to collections.
Disclosures:
Julie Christensen and Luminous Passages, LLC reserve the right to cancel services not paid in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Services may also be cancelled without refund for those who do not show within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Showing up late to an appointment or service may result in a reduced appointment time, limited to the original scheduled time block.
Clients with multiple No-Shows or Late-Shows may be refused future service.
Julie Christensen and Luminous Passages, LLC reserve the right to refuse payment by credit card in cases where multiple instances of payment failure have been experienced. In these cases, gift certificates for services may be paid for in advance of the service and can be used with scheduling on the phone in advance, or with advanced approval.
