Energy Healing Sessions
Everything is energy. Often, we think we’re just a physical body and mind but we’re so much more. Our physical body is surrounded by energy fields called “subtle bodies” or “auric fields”. As physical, mental, emotional and spiritual distress affects us, it moves through these energy fields and unless addressed can manifest within our physical bodies as illnesses. Through, above and below our subtle bodies, are wheels of energy called chakras which correspond from basic needs to divine connection. These energy centers, or chakras, correspond to different places on our bodies and beyond. These centers can become out of balance affecting our life force energy.
Julie will work with you to clear, cleanse, re-balance, facilitate healing, and your transition to higher dimensions if you wish. She works with your life force energy through various methods. Primarily Julie employs: Holy Fire Reiki, chakra balancing, mediumship, sound, crystals and essential oils with clients to restore well-being, relaxation and natural healing. Julie works with high vibrational healing guides to bring you the healing you seek.
What you may experience
Holy Fire Reiki
Julie is an Usui Reiki Master 5th generation and a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Master. Holy Fire is an incredibly high vibration Reiki energy, making it one of the most effective healing energies.
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a non-invasive, non-manipulative Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki energy promotes natural healing in the body that addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual discomfort. It facilitates a feeling of balance, well-being and calmness. If you are ready to relax and renew your sense of well-being Reiki can help. Julie performs Reiki by Zoom telephone or video which is equally powerful to in-person and allows you to be at home in your comfortable space such as your bed or comfortable sofa or chair. Distance, even halfway around the world, allows Julie to work with all the layers of your subtle body which can become quite expanded.
During your session, while you are relaxing and enjoying your treatment, Julie is sending the divine healing energy of Holy Fire Reiki to you which goes where you most need it. During this time, you may experience colors in your third-eye, warmth, tingles and you may just go on your very own personal journey returning feeling amazed.
Reiki compliments Julie’s other modalities too such as: Intuitive Counseling, Wellness & Mentoring, Regressions for Past, Future and Other Lives, where Julie can send energy backwards or forwards in time as you experience those sessions providing additional healing for your highest and best good.
Chakra Balancing
There are 12+ chakras corresponding to centers on your body and beyond. These centers can be overactive or blocked requiring cleansing and balancing to achieve relaxation, centeredness, grounding, renewed energy, and awareness. In addition, this can lead to expanded consciousness and awakening.
Julie will use her intuitive skills to:
- Conduct an assessment using her intuitive abilities to read the information contained in your subtle bodies and your chakras which contain personal, interpersonal and transpersonal information. For example, Julie is at your sacral chakra (place of personal power) and picks up someone at work just yelled at you in the past couple of weeks and you haven’t fully recovered. You agree that this this happened. Or, she picks up someone you love in this life is connected to a past life you shared in China through your heart chakra.
- Determine which chakras are out of balance and whether they are blocked, overactive, or stagnant
- Cleanse and restore your chakras to balance
- Repair the layers of your subtle bodies which can get tears from issues in your current, or other lives.
Other Energetic Work
- Detect, remove and protect you from any negative attachments (human, spirit, or off-planet etc.) or psychic attacks
- Remove energetic chords from current/past/past life relationships to free your energy
- Pick up on physical issues you currently have or are in your energy field but have not yet manifested physically (this does not take the place of your medical doctor)

Mediumship
our world.
During session, Julie receives assistance and guidance that she hears and often sees. This include: high vibrational guides, angels, ascended masters, Akashic guides, spirit doctors, ETs and more. Your loved ones on the other side might pop in too; especially if it involves your healing. You may receive brief messages and guidance from any of the above but is not the focus of your session as it would be in a mediumship session. Julie is sensitive to your spiritual beliefs and welcomes bringing through, or not bringing through, those you choose. Her mediumship greatly informs her energy healing as she communicates with healing guides and uses her clairvoyance and clairsentience to see and feel your energy system. You and Julie are not alone as you have a whole team assisting for your highest and best good.
Sound Healing
Sound healing, also known as vibrational medicine, uses the voice or other resonating objects to stimulate and bring into balance your energy system. Sometimes an energetic blockage responds well to vibrational sound healing which can break up the blockage, open you to information, help you ground and more. If guided, Julie may use her voice, or drumming in her work with you.
Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is a non-invasive vibrational form of energy healing. Various crystals, with various purposes, are placed where Julie is and the energy sent to your physical body to absorb, detoxify or shift your energy. Crystals are amazing healers which Julie uses in her healing energy sessions when advised to assist in balancing and energizing your chakras. Julie uses her intuitive abilities to feel which crystals will assist you and may suggest you purchase your own for added benefit away from sessions. The more sensitive you are, the more likely you are to feel their energy and the difference in energy between different kinds of crystals. Julie may also use a crystal as a tool to focus and direct energy as she works with you. If you become attracted to crystals, it opens a whole new world to you and you may find yourself collecting a great many of them. Julie even uses them in her garden to assist her plants, self, family, and guests.
Essential Oils/Aromatherapy
Essential Oil therapy has been around for thousands of years. The use of them stimulate your limbic system which is linked to your emotions, memory, stress, heart rate and more resulting in relaxation or stimulation depending on the oil employed. Julie generally uses lavender oil to bring relaxation to all and rose oil on herself before healing or mediumship sessions to raise her vibration. These may be used with you, or she may be guided to use another blend distantly to achieve positive results for you. She may also recommend oils to use at home. The use of oils is optional. It adds to the experience.

What you can choose…
Sessions are based on what you choose depending on your needs and the amount of time you choose. For maximum benefits, you may choose ongoing sessions. You have options. Sessions are offered for 45 and 60 minutes. The longer your session, the more you can experience. At the beginning of each session, Julie will discuss what you would like to receive. Julie assists you with whatever your energy system and Spirit brings up for healing and release.
Remote Zoom Phone or Video Appointments
Julie offers remote Zoom phone or video sessions. An emailed audio recording is available for purchase at the beginning of your booking process. This provides you with convenience in scheduling and flexibility in location if life takes you on a journey. Julie will work with you.
