How To Schedule and Pay
Luminous Passages has enabled you to schedule your own appointments for most services, through an online booking and scheduling form. If you have problems with this form, or questions about an appointment time that is not available, you may contact Julie by phone/text at 916-276-9818 for assistance in scheduling your session. Sessions may not be cancelled with less than 48 hours notice from appointment start time.
To view pricing, length of sessions and availability just begin the booking process below. Looking does not commit you to a session.
All appointments times are PST – Pacific Standard Time zone.
You may not use the online scheduling form for the following services:
- Group Readings
- Shows
These sessions must be scheduled directly with Julie through phone or text message conversations.
Appointment Availability:
Julie maintains regular business hours of Mon-Tues 11:00am – 5:00pm to ensure continuity for her weekly and bi-weekly clients. You will find various other hours available throughout the week and weekend days/evenings as her schedule allows. The booking system allows you to book up to two weeks in advance and sometimes further if Julie is away from the office. If you don’t see a time you want, please check back as there may be new availability.
Appointment Reminders:
You may be able to receive automated appointment reminders for most services by providing Luminous Passages with an email address during your online booking. Please also leave us with a cell phone number for additional communications and questions with Julie before or after your appointment.
Methods of Payment:
All payment is due in advance of any session. Payment is accepted by Square. Links are provided below for your convenience for all services offered.
If you have difficulty booking your appointment online, call Julie for tips. Do not book multiple sessions thinking the session has not gone through. You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of booking confirming your time and providing your Zoom invitation. Please check your “in” box and if it is not there, please check your “spam” folder.
Cancellation Policies:
There are no refunds once a session or treatment has been scheduled. Our Cancellation Policies can be found here.
